We’re on a mission to close the gender pay gap. We’re here to help parents understand and budget for the costs that often prevent women from returning to the workforce and participating fully postpartum. 

And it’s not just up to individual women: we’re here to help everyone navigate parental leave policies and plan for their growing family.  

We see a world in which women no longer have to choose between motherhood and career. 

Our Vision.

Our long-term vision is to change the structures that shape parental leave, childcare, eldercare, and other policies that exert control over women’s lives. We’re tackling financial and professional empowerment on an individual and employer level first, and our data will power policy change.
