1. What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities, or contact us. The personal information we collect may include: birthdates of children, household size, household income, contact or authentication data, contact preferences, passwords, usernames, email addresses, zip code, phone numbers, and names (optional).
Social media login data. We may provide you the option to register using your existing Google, Microsoft, Facebook, X, or other social media accounts.
Application data. If you use our application(s), we may collect geolocation information, mobile device access (bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS, storage), mobile device data, and push notification permissions, primarily to maintain security and operation, for troubleshooting, and for internal analytics.
Information automatically collected
Some information, such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This includes log and usage data, device data, location data, and aggregate information, primarily to maintain security and operation and for internal analytics. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

We may obtain information about you from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and social media platforms, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
Employers. The Services are provided to you through your employer. We will never share personal information that your employer does not already possess. We may share anonymous aggregate information with them.
Vendors, consultants, and other third-party service providers. We may share data with third parties who perform services for us and require access to do that work, under contracts designed to safeguard your information. Categories include: ad networks, cloud computing services, communication & collaboration tools, data analytics, data storage, finance & accounting tools, payment processors, sales & marketing tools, user authentication services, affiliate programs, government entities, order fulfillment, performance monitoring, product engineering & design tools, retargeting platforms, social networks, testing tools, and website hosting providers.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. To opt out of future communications, text STOP.
We may also share information in connection with business transfers, when using Google Maps Platform APIs, with affiliates and business partners, with other users (for content you make public), and via an offer wall.
4. What is our stance on third-party websites?
We are not responsible for the safety of any information you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly with questions.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
If you choose to register or log in using your Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or X account, we will receive certain profile information (often your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture). We use this only for the purposes described in this notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your information by your third-party social media provider.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law. No purpose will require us to keep your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user’s account. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize it.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; you should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. As no uniform technology standard has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.
10. Do we make updates to this notice?
Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
